Terms of use

These are the terms you agree to by using frameic.com and the Frameic products. A signed agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over anything here.
The service
Frameic provides business software as a hosted service. Which products and which plan a workspace has access to is set out in that workspace's subscription.
Products marked "coming soon" are not available yet, and nothing on this site is a commitment to a delivery date for them.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think they have been used by someone else.
Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and for the roles they grant them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Frameic to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another workspace's data, or to probe, load-test or disrupt the service.
The public forms on this site are for genuine enquiries. Automated submissions are rate limited and blocked.
Your data
The data you put into a workspace stays yours. We process it to run the service for you and for nothing else, and you can export it at any time.
We keep backups so that we can restore a workspace after a failure. Backups are removed on the normal rotation after a deletion request.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly per workspace in the currency shown on the plan. Prices on this site are current at the date above and can change with notice before your next renewal.
Subscriptions are arranged with us directly. This site does not take card details.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted availability outside a signed agreement that says so.
Ending it
You can stop using Frameic at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend access where a plan goes unpaid or where the acceptable-use terms above are broken, and we will tell you why.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
